Do not use Charlie.ai to

• break the law, facilitate fraud, abuse, harassment, or exploitation;
• infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or other rights;
• introduce malware or probe, disrupt, or bypass security and usage controls;
• misrepresent AI output as verified professional advice or guaranteed fact;
• make unlawful high-impact decisions about people; or
• access external systems or data without appropriate authority.

Your responsibility

Review generated work before relying on it. Obtain any required consent before uploading personal, confidential, client, or employee information. Keep sensitive tool actions subject to the approval and confirmation controls provided by Charlie.ai.

Enforcement

We may limit, suspend, or remove activity where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service. Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.
